The Anchor Holds (Devotions on the life of Faith)

"The Anchor Holds" is designed to help Christians develop their faith in the midst of storms. Everyone has times when life seems to hit us square in the face and we are tempted to think that God has forgotten about us. Sometimes we fear our faith is not strong enough to 'hold' during these times of trial. This devotional guide is based on passages that tell us what to do when we are hit with overwhelming events. Each devotion includes: a passage from the Scriptures,focal verse, thoughts and inspiring stories and illustrations of faith in action, reflection questions to help you see more clearly what God is saying, and a prayer to help you express your feelings to the Lord.
