Alyssa Dalen has spent a lifetime training in the art of the sword, working under the best that the Valeen Territories has to offer. She is a living weapon, honed to perfection by her teachers, and trained to conquer what stands in her way. Her training has had one main focus: to protect her from an evil that few have stood against and survived.

Though few realize that this evil lurks within her heart as well.

She has learned to fight outside battles, but those of her heart, she's sealed away and buried. But these inside battles won't remain buried for long and are possibly the deciding factor in whether she wins or loses in her physical battles.
