Eating is one of my favorite pastimes. Unfortunately, it's not a pastime my waistline is particularly pleased with. I went from washboard abs to a gelatinous blob, despite my efforts in trying to diet and experimenting with various diet supplements. It's never a good feeling to wake up and realize you've gone from sexy skinny to sloppy fat.

Once the "eat whatever you want and stay thin" days of my youth were long gone, I began to see the effects of the rich indulgent foods I enjoyed so much. This is my journey to find a way to balance my love for food with my desire to be healthy and thin. No diets, no insane workout plans, no extreme lifestyle changes.
