The Adventures of Torto - For Heroes Proved

Friends are reunited when, at a time of great threat, Lyle is dispatched to summon Torto to serve as a spy for the District Council. Natural enemies and a surprising mystery are revealed during their travels. Joined by Lyle and three companions, the spy leaves Feladora to perform his task and en route discovers that Wallygog forces menace their own group at the Fortress of Cedora and a district town crowded with innocent citizens. Rising to both emergencies, the five companions pledge their lives to challenge the attacking Wallygogs. Surviving the attack, Torto, Lyle, Anna and Marietta learn of a treacherous plot and devise a plan to discredit the traitor. With the traitor in flight and his misconduct revealed to the public, Lyle and Torto return to Prattlewald Forest to honor their fallen companion, Sassenglo, with a worthy memorial.
