The Book of John Whitmer

This book is the record of John Whitmer, who served as Mormon Church Historian from 1831 until his excommunication in 1838. It covers many of the early dealings of the Mormon Church, including its missionary efforts, time in Kirtland, and persecutions in Missouri.
