One is an unhinged, no-nonsense 12-year-old girl who happens to like punk music and trouble. The other is a stoic 11-year-old who, for reasons unexplained even to himself, hangs out with the crazy girl. They are Drannik and Lizzep.
In this issue, they start a crummy garage band, as well as go for a joyride using an ill-gotten driver's license. Also included in this issue are parody advertisements, as well as a short comic about Drannik and Lizzep visiting a bad website. This issue also introduces Ojmiz, a rich friend of Lizzep's, and Mischa, a 20-year-old college student who works at a local music store and somehow gets involved with Drannik and Lizzep's schemes whether she wants to be or not.
