Blanche K. Barfield is a mother and grandmother with 30 years of experience working with children of all ages as a licensed childcare provider, private nanny, preschool teacher, and teacher’s aide. She also worked as caregiver in a church nursery for 11 years. Through her work, she was able to observe children and how they learn, and this inspired her to write books for children of all ages, races, and backgrounds.
