Aunt Jane's Nieces in Society

Mrs. Merrick—Louise's mother—thinks the nieces (especially Louise) should become socialites and move in New York's big social circles. Uncle John doesn’t like the idea, but does what he can. The nieces are befriended by a leading socialite Diana Von Taer and introduced to society. Diana is a spoiled snobby girl and she has a brother Charlie who is even worse. Dina becomes jealous of Louise and antics ensue. Thankfully the Nieces keep their heads in whatever situation is thrown at them. The book involves an attempted framing for theft, a kidnapping and rescue,and ends with a wedding.
