Aunt Jane's Nieces at Work

Kenneth Forbes (the heir of Aunt Jane's estate) needs help. He is trying to make conditions better for local farmers so decides to go into politics. He is running against a local politician Erastus Hopkins but having issues and looking like a bumbling fool in his campaign. In swoops Uncle John and the Nieces to the rescue. This book can be especially humorous at times because it shows how similar politics still are today. The Democrat and Republican parties are both featured here (I wont’ give away which the author is rooting for but it will become obvious) and they were not any friendlier back in the day (imagine that!). The nieces also solve a mystery involving a missing girl, stolen ring, and a forged check.
