Sara Jean Tomlinsen learns there are worse ways to punish a wizard than killing them and has to step up her efforts when Miles Ritter gets shot by a ‘normal’. Patrick (Butch) Hart once again finds himself in over his head as a group wants to take over Baja California as a open community for wizards and normals.
