River James a sassy witch and artist opens a gallery in a quaint little midwestern town which is filled with wicked powers and ghosts who will not leave her alone! Unaware of the extent of her powers and how to deal with them River is left to fend for herself, since her grandmother who now resides in the great bingo game in the sky.
River's gallery ends up being haunted by a red headed chain smoking ghost named Evee from the 50's, meeting a knock your socks off yummy vampire who likes to hold hands and bite her, and a smokin hot dragon friend who comes and goes whenever he likes and when they get together they literally set things on fire!

Are there any other crazy's in her life? Abosolutely, I just think I better start from somewhere besides the middle of wacko!
