Federalist 84

Federalist 84 was written by Alexander Hamilton and is entitled "Certain General and Miscellaneous Objections to the Constitution Considered and Answered."

In part, Federalist Number 84 presents the idea that a Bill of Rights was not a necessary component to the proposed Constitution.
