Amy's Summer of Love

Eighteen-year-old Amy Palmer has an unusual problem – her sexual responses are off the charts, doctors say. Fortunately, Amy’s mother, Jenny, is very familiar with the problem having experienced it herself. She counsels Amy to find a nice boy to help her scratch her itch, just like she had done nearly twenty years earlier when she met and married Amy’s father, Don. But Amy’s choices in boys leave a lot to be desired – and she is beginning to get a reputation. One day, Amy confides her problem to the kindly neighbor, Roger, a widower her father’s age, who offers a solution: During this last summer before she heads off to college, he would “help her out” whenever she needed it – as long as she keeps the secret from her parents and doesn’t fall in love with him. But that proves to be harder than they thought!
