For too long fathers have been put on the side line. First they were excluded from birth and then they've been asked to 'support' without really knowing how to realistically help. Times have changed. As a dad-to-be you can become an incredibly skillful partner and parent. Remember all men were born from a woman's body so you are hardwired to understand both pregnancy and childbirth.
