Up to now there's been little focus on birth skills at all. Instead the focus has been on Birth Plans ...what you want and don't want. Teamwork is all about birth skills and what you'll 'do'.

Teamwork is built by learning a shared set of skills, practicing together and using them. Teamwork is simple but it's also a skill so become a great team. This will serve you well once you're parents.
