THE HEALING AND PEACE OF FORGIVENESS

This book was written under the direction of the Holy Spirit and much prayer. The main purpose of this book is to help the reader understand what forgiveness is, what it isn’t, and how to forgive offenders. One of the most important subtitles is “Forgiving Yourself.” It includes some personal experiences dealing with un-forgiveness and facts about the stresses un-forgiveness has on your health. Un-forgiveness will not only destroy your relationship with others but also with the Father God.


Nothing ruins health more than grief, continual worry, anxiety, fretfulness, bad temper, hatred, malice or bitterness, which are the physical problems un-forgiveness will bring into our lives. These troublemakers must be eradicated if we want good health and a life filled with joy. We must forgive and continue to develop our relationship with the Father God.


Forgiving oneself is a real problem, not talked about much except in the psychiatrist’s office. The mind won’t let go of things that negatively impact our lives, and we each respond differently. What affects one person may not affect another the same way.
