Horizons of exercise & sport psychology have been expanding fast for the last many decades. This hybrid science that took birth from the casual observations and experiences of physical educators, athletes and coaches in sixties of the 20th century, has now assumed the status of a critical performance-enhancement science measuring shoulders with bio mechanics and exercise & sport physiology.
