Days That Are Done (Original Illustrations)

William Perry Sanders (1870-1939) lived and worked in the "Old West" for many years. This book is an interesting recollection of aspects of Western life that, by 1918, were all but gone. These parts of the West, such as buffalo and American Indiana, gave the West a distinctive, although sometimes romanticized way of life.

It is relatively doubtful that all of the events in the book actually took place. Rather, it seems that similar events were very common before their days were done.
