In the hills behind Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, hikers come across some ancient coins with the names of kings unknown to history. Further digging reveals a set of manuscripts detailing a powerful commercial empire that existed into the First Century A.D. of which there is no historical record. This country was able to inflict a massive defeat on the Roman Empire around the year 40 A.D. so why is there no historical record of this country that occupied the eastern shore of the Gulf of Aqaba?
