Can't you just picture a big basket of cheesy, garlic biscuits ~ hot from the oven ~ right in front of you NOW? These "copycat" biscuits from RED LOBSTER are so quick and easy to do, that you could make them every night! They use buttermilk baking mix (i.e. Bisquick), so there's no kneading or rise time. (Yes, many of your favorite restaurants used bagged mixes for their baked products ~ the bags they get are much bigger than little boxes though). ... Ok, I'm off to go make these for OUR dinner tonight!
