My mother made these every year for Christmas dinner dessert. SUPER EASY and should be done ahead! You can decorate with leaves and little candle (that's what she did). But, just think how much fun these would be to serve on a HOT Summer night too! (Maybe a Christmas in July party?) ~ I also have a Snowball Cake recipe listing, and a bowl with a pile of ice cream snowballs would be so cute to serve together!
