Identity Is Self Validity Lite

I Practiced living until I Risked BEING! I mistook performing for others as meaning in my life. I now know that I was missing ME. I found self validity by seeing my externally imposed roles, my various IDENTITIES as what limited me. I found freedom from my own INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS by giving myself permission to express myself regardless of social expectations on me to conform. I saw that I was PERFORMING for people who were themselves lacking in being self valid. In other words, I finally realized that I was trying to please others who were ABSENT to their own valid selves! Now I experience ME by BEING my valid self. I want to share how I got to self validity.
