Olive Garden's PASTA FAGIOLI ...

My husband LOVES this soup! We used to be in a bowling league early Sunday evenings, and would always stop at Olive Garden afterwards (with our best friends). My husband and his best friend (2 LARGE men over 6 ft) would get the all-you-can-eat soup and salad ~ they called it "Italian Chili". So, it's a very hearty meal with ground beef, vegetables and pasta. Serve with a salad (very light Italian vinaigarette dressing) and pretend that you're out to dinner!
