This book was born in my mind between midnight and day-break, after we buried our dear Bro. Fergerson. It contains a few of our thoughts concerning him and his work among us as a man, as a father, as husband, as a Christian gentleman, as a preacher, and as a successful soul winner. I am indebted to the evangelists who have so kindly and willingly donated articles which you may find in this book.
