For Senior Airman Martin, June 19, 1987 capped almost 4 years of service with the U.S. Air Force. It also marked the beginning of a near ten year odyssey through the Florida Department of Corrections. Martins case - for sexual battery, kidnapping and assault - had just began.
Over 20 years after an evening of misguided decisions, and an all too accomodating justice system, he still holds true to the facts that prove he was wrongly convicted. November Finally Came is the story of his case and life.
Update: On May 24th, 2012, after two-years review, the former Airman was granted Rehabilitation status (the equivalent of a national pardon) from Canada. A decision by Florida Governor Richard Lynn Scott to grant Martin a pardon is still pending.
