If you love beef jerky, but don't like the high prices to buy it ready-made, then make your own! You can use flank steak or London Broil, with the marinade recipe that I've given you. Although I've always made it in my ancient food dehydrator, I've also included directions to make it in your OVEN ~ so no special equipment needed. Warning! Make more than you think you'll need! My husband can eat a pound of it while watching TV!
