PENUCHE FUDGE ...

One of my son-in-laws is allergic to chocolate (even white), but loves fudge. So, this PENUCHE fudge is perfect, since it has no chocolate products at all in it. It's a brown sugar fudge, with a butterscotch/praline flavor ~ You can add nuts or not. It isn't particularly hard to make, but you do need a candy thermometer for it.
