If you like your macaroni and cheese EXTRA CHEESY, then this is definitely the recipe for you! It's loaded with LOTS of 4 different cheeses, in a creamy sauce. However, since it's a baked macaroni, remember that it isn't as "saucy" as stovetop mac & cheese ~ but you can cut down on the pasta (or double the sauce) to make it really saucy too.
