First, You need to download the Main Contact Form 7 Plugin from here

And then install it on your wordpress blog. Installing and setting up the plugin is very easy and
simple.
Login to your Wordpress admin and Click on Plugins in the wordpress Dashboard
Then you need to click “Add New” on “Upload” and choose the Plugin from the place where you have stored the plugin in your computer.
Then you have to Activate the Plugin after you finish uploading it.
After you are done installing the Contact Form 7 Plugin, You need to install the Wp Contact Pro Plugin which you got along with this package. Installing and setting up the plugin is very easy and
simple.
