SCALLOPED POTATOES ...

Just the other day, my husband asked for scalloped potatoes ~ said we hadn't had them in awhile. This is a great recipe for them, and you can use whatever cheese you like (or have on hand). Traditional recipes call for cheddar, but I like mozzarella, provolone or blends too. It's very easy to make, but does take some time in the oven.
