Joyce Toney has served God’s people as Bible teacher and Pastor for over 27 years. Joyce has taught sound biblical doctrine, trained believers, brought deliverance to countless people in the United States, Afghanistan, Iraq, Germany and numerous other countries. Her depth of biblical knowledge is derived from her diligent study of the Word of God, as well as the mighty teaching of the Holy Spirit.
