The Word of God:Jesus Christ

Becoming aware that some theologians attribute many sayings of Jesus Christ to Old Testament writers, the author felt compelled to refute this misunderstanding. The author's objective is to present the Holy Spirit as the real inspiration and author of both the Old and New Testaments, with God's chosen prophets, evangelists, and apostles, including St. Paul, as writers of God's Word contained in the Bible. The author presents Jesus Christ as God's Word as revealed in both the Old and New Testaments. The Holy Spirit's primary objective is to give witness to Jesus Christ and His mission as contained in the Father's Plan. The author supports this position by how the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit relate to one another. The primary objective of the Bible is to reveal the love of God toward all of humanity. To implement this objective, the author identifies timeless methods contained in the Holy Scripture.
