I understand that this may actually be a traditional English candy, but all I know is that it's one that my daughter and I absolutely LOVE! If you're a true COCONUT lover, then you'll love it too! It's SUPER EASY to make (no cooking at all) ~ just mix together a few ingredients ~ pat into a pan and refrigerate! Your kids can make it! ... No nuts, no pineapple ~ just lots of sweet COCONUT. It would be pretty for Valentine's Day or Easter ~ or even a wedding or baby shower. You can use other food colors to tint to match whatever your party scheme may be.
