Art and Architecture Remains in the Western Terai Region of Nepal

Art is an effective medium as expressing the soul of human civilization. Art specimens reflect not only the sociocultural, economic and religious modes and thoughts of a community, but also delineate its artistic tradition. The present study has been designed to meet a new awakening of general interest in a wider world in cultural modes and art treasures in the Terai Region of Lumbini Zone of Nepal.
