What happens after a person dies? Most people expect to go straight to Heaven, but as Teresa finds out, that is not always the case. After leaving Earth on March 2nd, at 8:06 a.m., an angel escorts her through a brightly lit passageway that connects Earth with the holding area.
Perplexed and bewildered, she joins many strangers of all backgrounds, nationalities, and beliefs in her section of the holding area, a corridor that runs down the middle of Heaven. While making their way down the corridor, Teresa and the others stop and stare through the glass walls of the enclosure at the souls on the other side. They are experiencing utopia…nirvana…Heaven.
One such soul is Teresa’s twelve-year-old daughter, Angelica, who died in the car accident that took their lives earlier that morning. Teresa can see her daughter, but she can’t get her attention, or find a way to get to her.
Eventually, Teresa and the other dead souls gently glide down the corridor where glorious angels escort each of them into their own private Room of Files and Room of Gifts. At the end of the corridor, they enter the Great White Throne where they meet Almighty God.
