Bailey's Irish Cream Cheesecake Recipe

BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM CHEESE CAKE...My family really likes cheesecakes, and sometimes you just want one that doesn't take quite so long to make. I adapted this one from an English recipe ~ it's NO BAKE! Very creamy, with a chocolate crust and, of course, BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM in the batter! (no eggs, no gelatin in here ~ no mixes used either). Please note that you'll need a springform pan for this.
