The Writing Police and The Point of the Perplexing Periods

The “Writing Police” characters, Woodruff B. Papier, The Writing Police Officer, and his assistant, Lt. Penn, have adventures, in the town of Paperville, while helping people (students AND adults!) write and speak their language correctly.  

They try to help people write more correctly.  Sometimes that’s a difficult task, especially on the day when The Writing Police Officer's own children caused chaos when they learned about "The Point of the Perplexing Periods."
