The American Africans

When Tom and his friends left Africa in search for a better life in the US, they had very little knowledge of what life in the US was really like. They did not realize that they might never again see the relatives they were leaving behind. They did not realize that their stay in the US might become permanent and transform them into a new type of Africans.
