The Docfather

The Docfather: Bloods, Bandages and Betrayal revolves around Doc Cole and Red Platoon of 1-41 Field Artillery Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division. During Doc's duty at Iraqi Police Station, Al Jazerra, he treats his fellow soldiers, Iraqi Police, Civilians and prisoners of war. What he finds out about war is it is not the glamor,glitter, and trigger joy of a movie or XBOX game. Lives, families, training, faith and finding a purpose of the war are all items he and Red Steel Platoon must endure. The heat, the bloody floor room of the Aid Station and communication problems with the Iraqi Police are just some of the issues covered in this real time journal narrative.
