Lady Luck establishes Hugh Wiley as a humorist second to none -- it tells of the pursuit of Lady Luck by the Wildcat and his mascot goat over the trail of adventure that leads them to the Pacific coast, before they finally get a firm clutch of Lady Luck's tail feathers.
