rhyme & reason

Rhyme and reason characterizes my thinking process in times of trouble. Somehow, if I focus upon poetry, specifically rhymed poetry, it enables me to give expression in such a way that it calms my emotions and aids my rational thought processes. It has been my experience that both reading, as well as writing poetry, has great power to help me accomplish those things.I hope that is true for others and that my readers might benefit from my poems.
