With the brutal murder of her childhood friend Jill Clancy, Vanessa Cummings finds herself returning to the small town of Nestleton, Pennsylvania. Vanessa is forced to relieve her traumatic past when her father suddenly re-enters her life. As Vanessa adjusts back into town, dark secrets from the town's past re-emerge.



A series of brutal murders begin to occur which are connected to the Black Falls Creek Murders, a massacre that happened in Nestleton many years ago. As Vanessa and her friends struggle to uncover the killer, a mysterious woman begins terrorizing Vanessa's mother, as Vanessa discovers both her parents have ties to the Black Falls Creek Murders. With the killer's psychotic plan looming closer and closer, the body count begins to grow, and centuries of bloodshed comes to a thrilling conclusion as the small town of Nestleton will never be the same again.
