Don't Fear the Reaper

The Reaper is a man on a mission. He has the resources and the will. A lot of human scum will soon die. All of the Reaper's victims have one thing in common - they prey on the weak and helpless. All of the dead have the killer's signature - a black heart stenciled on their chests. Lieutenant John Martin and his half-brother Detective Eduardo Mendoza are out to apprehend the Reaper. As the body count mounts, so does the pressure. Using all their resources, experience and a little luck and tips from citizens, they prepare to meet the Reaper on his own turf. Will they survive this encounter or will they be the next victims?
