After nearly losing his life bringing answers to the families of 32 dead girls across three states, former FBI profiler Topper McMullen seeks out peace and anonymity the only way he knows how, surfing in the Caribbean.
His rest is short lived after a third suicide in three months has the local cops no longer thinking of them as suicides and instead start thinking of them as something much more sinister. When Topper is asked to cut his vacation short and help solve these murders, he does the only thing he can, jump in with both feet.
With help from a rag tag group of locals, a guest of the resort and FBI Analyst Minnie Marlow, Topper sets out to stop a murderer before the next "suicide" while also trying to keep those helping him from getting themselves killed. Everything culminates on the night of the summer luau where one wrong move could destroy everything.
