State of This Art: Forty Years of Gandy Miniatures & Mysteries

This value-priced compilation of fact (the Miniatures) and fiction (the Mysteries) writing examines this broad scope of writing at forty years duration, including

• availability of each work now and in the future;

• an overview of each describing inspiration and real-life counterparts in plotting and characterization,

• some things hidden along the way (e.g., in one Mystery many characters are named for White House pets, in another for the ladies in the lives of the Beatles; a major villain in a novel and sequel has a satanic name that no one has caught to date), and
