EXCURSIONS, the second of eight parts of the story THE WORLD CALLED TARNUS, takes you into the turbulent clans, called 'colls', shows you aliens stealing into the thoughts of their human hosts, and takes you through a terrifying militia expedition, ending with the awful trials of a pair of andros: biologically-synthesized humans.
