Dr.Charles McWhorter is a genius and he is fed up with the U.S. Justice system. He takes on the mantle of vigilante to visit retribution upon criminals. In the course of tracking down rapists, child molesters, and murderers, he discovers the existence of a powerful cabal bent on world domination, and takes measures to expose the group.
