Lampada Justice

In a crowded them park in Central Florida, the unthinkable happens in the middle of the day. A mugging occurs amidst a crowd of tourists. As the thief runs off with a purse, the two young men pushing the ice cream cart are seemingly the only employees able to put a stop to it. But then, out of nowhere, Hal, the ancient security guard, stops the crime in the most spectacular manner.
