A cookbook put together by the members and friends of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Cloquet, a small Finnish town in Northern Minnesota.
This cookbook is a good source for your traditional church Hotdishes, as well as specialty ethnic recipes. Included in the cookbook are some of our best creative salads from our annual mother daughter luncheon. A special section: Something Else, includes unique recipes for Aspirin Cake, Funny Honey, Fruit Fly Trap, and Woodpecker/Blue Jay Suet. This is a great cookbook for the beginner as well as the seasoned cook!
