Daniel's Big Surprise

Sometimes it's hard to be alone at eleven. Daniel often feels lonely; his older brother and sister are busy with their own lives and neither they nor his parents seem to be around when Daniel needs a friend. Besides loneliness, Daniel sometimes feels angry, and sometimes confused--life is getting so complicated! But growing up has its rewards too, as Daniel discovers during his search for a friend. And to Daniel's great surprise, he finds even more than the friend he sought.
